The cornerstone of my business is ethical and traceable sourcing in the jewelry industry. It isn’t easy, and I am constantly learning about new ways of working, and having to let go of old ways that weren’t as ethical as I thought. Throughout it, I work hard to be transparent with my followers, so that they are as on board as I am with the changes. I avoid greenwashing, and remain open and willing to change my language use as I learn.
